The proposal of the company’s founder, V. Grigoriadis, for the creation of an ultra modern commercial cargo centre in Alexandroupolis, in an area of approximately 650,000 sq.m. The Cargo centre includes five buildings for the loading and unloading of goods, an outdoor container area equipped with bridge canes, configuration of the outdoor area for parking, an entrance guard post and other service facilities, an administration building and a biological treatment area. The roofs of the buildings will be used to install photovoltaic panels for electricity production. A small wetland is planned in the surrounding area, so that the project can be harmonized with the nearby environment.
