A six-storey office building of the ATEM Group, part of a building complex in the New Western Entrance of Thessaloniki. The specific building has been constructed at the level of the “CITY GATE” shopping mall – currently named One Salonica Outlet Mall – near the main Intercity Bus (KTEL) station, the large metro and underwater road artery projects that are under construction, at just two minutes from the centre, with a ground floor area ideal for promotional activities, as well as a parking lot and an underground area.
